Where is Cagbalete?
Here’s a screen shot of Manila and Cagbalete in google maps.
Yes, it’s a bit far. But believe me. It’s worth it.
How to get there?
There are 8 simple steps.
1. From Metro Manila, take bus(JAC Liner) going to Mauban, Quezon.
Cost: 270php/person
Travel time: 5hrs
(you may refer to this for other routes: http://www.jacliner.com/routes.html )
You can choose between these 2 terminals. Yes, take the 5am ride! It’s the only way to catch the last boat trip in Mauban Port.
If you’re not used to bus rides, especially the kind of bus here in Manila, buckle up. Bring water and some snacks. Remember, this is a 5hour trip. But there are 2 stopovers. No need to fret about not being able to take a piss.
Reminder: Don’t forget to bring your toilet paper and sanitizer!
Pick this seat so you can sleep like a boss! haha
